Hosting (Cloudflare)
The website is delivered via Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.). Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data (e.g. IP address) in server logs to serve the site securely. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Booking calendar & forms (tacticscale.io)
The booking calendar only loads when you actively open it. Data (e.g. IP address, booking details you enter) is then transferred to tacticscale.io (platform: LeadConnector/GoHighLevel) and, for payments, to Stripe. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Contact via email/WhatsApp
When you write to us, we process your details to answer your request and handle your booking. For WhatsApp, the privacy policies of WhatsApp (Meta) additionally apply.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our supervisory authority is the Bulgarian CPDP.
